2. Start MQTT Simulator
3. Connect to MQTT Simulator
4. Map tags from "Hello Factory!" automatically for a dynamic reference
5. Create a screen with:
   1. Asset Tree
   2. Trend Chart
   3. Some Smart Symbols with #'s and visuals to see quantity and state
