Those examples aren't installed with the software, on the page of example, you have the download link to it.
The Demo solutions includes many software features, showcasing what could be a complete solution for on specific vertical market. Some of the demos are installed by default with the software, but can download an updated version of it, or other demos, using the link on its explanation page.
