One of the goals of Version 10 is to provide a quick, low-cost start to new solutions, create prototypes, and reduce TCO. The new Designer tools, which install in less then one minute, have no usage restrictions. When connecting to a server with WebServices enabled, you can even use the Designer from the remote server without local installation. Runtime execution allows two hours of resettable time for testing. For business use and production, runtime evolution isn't authorized; contact us to learn about runtime licensing options.
