About the Diagnostics Tools ModuleImage Removed

Introduction

The

diagnostics tools include features such as trend analysis, performance analysis, and efficiency analysis, which enable users to identify trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies in the system performance. These tools provide users with real-time data analysis and trending capabilities, allowing them to monitor system performance and identify issues proactively.

Moreover, the diagnostics tools include various debugging and diagnostic tools, enabling users to test and troubleshoot scripts and applications effectively. It provides users with real-time performance data and debugging information, allowing them to identify issues and optimize system performance.

The diagnostics tools also include various data logging and visualization features, enabling users to store and visualize historical data to identify issues and optimize system performance. It supports different types of data logging, such as event-based logging, time-based logging, and exception-based logging, ensuring that data can be captured and analyzed effectively.

DataExplorer tools allow you to easily perform data mining and monitoring from various data sources, including MQTT Brokers, OPC-UA, PLCs and SQL databases.

Key Functionalities

MQTT
Run Built-in Broker or the publisher simulator. Browse data from any broker.

OPC-UA
Run Built-in Server or simulator. Browse data from local or remote servers.

PLC Finder
Automatically discover PLCs in your network and connect to browse its data structure.

SQL Queries
Explore SQL database and build new queries visually.

Templates and Tags definition
Data Templates, Local Tags, and Tag Providers, can easily be created into the Project Configuration using the data displayed in the data browser window.

Testing and Validation
When used in conjunction with connections already defined in the Project configuration, it can be used to validate and monitor the results of the data acquisition.

Technology Foundation

Operational stability requires a solid foundation. The platform was designed by carefully selecting secure, efficient, flexible, and modern technologies; all without carrying undesirable legacy baggage.

Project Configuration

Many errors in the field for projects created with tools from another software come from undetected configuration errors that occurred during the project development. Instead of the trial and error outdated method, our platform has added many features that target consistency checks and complete configuration verification in the engineering environment.

Test and Field Deployment

Deployment security breaches have led to possible errors and infamous SCADA viruses, such as Stuxnet. The platform's design includes specific features to simplify and secure field deployment.

Maintenance and Operations

Operational stability, the number one requirement of most automation systems, is based on a chain that embraces the complete project life cycle: the Selection of Technologies, Project Configuration, Test and Field Deployment, as well as Operations and Maintenance.

Info
  • Every configuration row has the date it was created and modified.

  • A summary view of every change made to each table is available.

  • Build commands can create project labels and save partial, uncompleted versions.

  • Publish command creates runtime-only projects with release version control.

  • Our platform automatically logs all changes made to project configurations, including who made them.
